Sambo

Sambo is a Soviet-Russian martial art that combines elements of wrestling and striking techniques. It includes two branches: sport sambo and combat sambo. In sport sambo, only throws, holds, and submission techniques are allowed, while in combat sambo, strikes with the hands and feet are also permitted.
