MMA (Mixed Martial Arts) – A full-contact combat sport combining striking, grappling, and submissions from various martial arts disciplines. Nearly all fighting techniques are allowed under a unified ruleset. Bouts take place in the Octagon — an eight-sided or circular cage enclosed by fencing.
