Sterling chasing third featherweight win at UFC event in Las Vegas

The UFC returns to Las Vegas, Nevada, on April 26, with top featherweights Aljamain Sterling and Youssef Zalal set to meet in the main event.

For Sterling, the bout will mark his 23rd appearance inside the Octagon. A former UFC bantamweight champion, the American has recently made the move up to featherweight. Since joining the 145-pound division, Sterling has gone 2-1, with his only loss coming against Movsar Evloev.

Zalal, Sterling’s next opponent, has competed 12 times in the UFC, posting eight wins, three losses and one draw.

The Las Vegas card will also feature Alex Hernandez, Norma Dumont, Davey Grant, Raoni Barcelos and several other notable names.
